We’re back after our (brief) summer break!
With the arrival of “Winter Training”, we revert to a slightly longer session – nearer 60mins – to include some more of the static balance stations we need to activate the stabilising muscle groups before we ramp up the dynamics again.
Circuits resume on Wed 11th Oct at 5.30pm.
Core-Active Circuits run on Wednesday evenings from early October and continue into the summer. The standard training format is of two separate sessions. In the winter (Oct-March) these start at 5.30pm and 6.40pm. In the summer, the times change and usually reduce to doing just one session at 6pm.
Each session lasts about an hour and followed by a supervised stretch down.
