2022 Entries

For information relating to entries for next years Regatta on August 20th and 21st 2022 please contact Tom Broomfield, Entries Secretary at the following link: regatta.entries@oxfordrowingclub.org.uk

Race Entry Information

All entries must be received by 12:00 on 9th August 2022. Payment should be made online using British Rowing Online Entry system - unpaid crews will not be included in the Draw. Note that each day (Sat & Sun) appears on BROE2 as a separate event in the list of available Competition Meetings. We cannot move entries between days so please make sure you have entered for the day you want to race.

Entry fees: £15 per seat for all events excluding single sculls which are £18

Racing licences: The regatta is affiliated to British Rowing and racing licences must be presented.

Important note regarding the draw: We reserve the right not to run events with fewer than four entries. Where an event receives less than four entries, crews or scullers will be moved to the next higher status event available in the same morning or afternoon division where possible. If this is not possible the under-subscribed event may be scratched from the programme. Crews not wishing to be moved to a higher status must state this clearly on their entry, especially Masters not wishing to race in younger age groups, or Juniors not wishing to race in higher age groups.

Doubling up: No doubling up by competitors, coxes or boats will be allowed within a Morning or an Afternoon Division, but competitors, coxes and boats may race twice each day, once in the morning Division and once in the Afternoon Division.

Please note that British Rowing Rule 4-8c requires mixed crews to have a minimum of 50% Women.

Adaptive Entries

All adaptive entries should enter their crews onto BROE2 under one of the "catch all" events, adding their specific category in the entry notes. They must also contact the Club's Adaptive Co-ordinator, Andrew Weekes, with details of their entry. Events will be split out once all the entries are in. Any inquiries should be directed at both the Adaptive Coordinator and the Regatta Entries Secretary
